A: Absolutely not. We do not sell or share any of our donor's information

Q: Are you an IRS Recognized Charitable Organization?
A: Yes! Our parent organization, SMCAC is recognized by the IRS as a public charity under Publication 78. Direct link.

Q: Will you pick up everything I have?
A: Yes we will take away all the medical equipment you wish to donate.

Q: Do you recycle everything you take?
A: We resale the like-new equipment and donate the proceeds to the SMCAC (Scientific and Medical Coalition against Cancer)

Q: What is the maximum amount of medical equipment you take?
A: We have no ceiling on the amount of equipment you wish to donate.

Q: What areas do you service?
A: We service eastern Massachusetts and parts of New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
